We made finalists and had a great day, even though we didn’t win.

The CGL St Helens Film group, which I take with volunteers and service users to produce home grown content to get people who have experienced substance use problems, trauma or mental health issues, attended the awards ceremony for this year’s festival.

We were chuffed our little film made the final, especially due to the problems we had because of illness and a less than perfect 2nd part we had to get together.
